Our Services
The EPC process requires us to visit your property and undertake a number of measurements and assessments of the building including any extensions that may have been added. Items assessed will include room sizes, window and door type, insulation type and thickness in the loft, central heating and hot water systems including heating controls and electrical lighting outlets.
The survey normally takes around 45 minutes depending on the size of the property. The data from the survey is then run through computer software at our office to generate the Energy Performance Certificate for the Property. We aim to have the EPC certificate available to you usually within 24 hours as we understand that quick turnarounds are often required.

The Certificate will give the all important score for the building and will provide useful information on further energy saving recommendations with indicative costs.
